Do you mean replacement body to make it look like something else or just front and rear bumpers.

For the first one you have

mx250 ferrari 250 rep
mevx5 sort of like a elise
astonish sor of like a aston
retroforza doesn't copy anything else
mev exocet could be argued but that requires the body to be completly removed

im sure there are other out there.

westfield sell a kit that pretty much uses all the MX5 other than the body and chassis. used Engine, box, diff, loom, clocks, seats if you want to, uprights, hubs, brakes, wheels, drive shafts and other bits.
