Water in passenger foot well. Not from rear drain holes. MK3

I'm getting water in the passenger footwell. It is defiantly not coming from the rear drain holes. I have cleaned the rear ones and it is still happening.
What seems to be happening is that water is coming in from under the dash next to the far left passenger footwell heater. Is there a drain hole under the bonnet? It looks like it (ill take a photo later) where there is a square grate just under the bonnet by the windscreen on the left hand side.
Otherwise any ideas?

Yep... Definitely coming from behind the dash, I'm afraid.
My old mk3 was absolutely fine until I sold it and the new owner stored it outside. It then started to leak when it rained into the passenger footwell. He took apart the lower dash and the ducting at the bottom of the windscreen (I believe) and re-sealed it, and eventually it stopped leaking.

Ah, ok... Looks like a job for the dealer. Hopefully ill be able to get them to do it under warrantee.
Just as an update for anyone with the same problem in future. Phoned the dealer. Told them there was water comeing from the dash. Before I got to say any more "Passanger side, on the far left" "It happens sometimes. When can you come in? We will get it all sealed up for you".
