What's comming out of my pipe?

Hi folks,

after a long time telling everyone that my lovely Mk1 will never die the inevitable has happened..... I think.

I was stood at the back of it this evening and I noticed a liquid substance spitting from the exhaust

What is going on, is my poor car dead or on it's way out?

Was the car cold?

Yup, been started for just a few minutes. That's good, right?

Assuming it wasn't much fluid then it was probably just condensation from where the exhaust gases had condensed on the cold exhaust pipe. I reckon if you let the exhaust warm up the liquid will stop

Ah, ok. So if I give it a good run tomorrow then check again when it's hot it should, in theory, be ok?
