What can I say? Just a fantastic little car. Far more fun than 1200 quids worth of raggedy near 20 year old car has any right to be.

Went for the performance driving experience at Knockhill as I've got my first "actual" track day coming up and reckoned some instruction would be good. Andrew the instructor was brilliant. I would highly recommend the experience, particularly if you're a novice like me.

The car was brilliant .The rather too hard for the road suspension worked great on track. Lovely neutral balance, pulled well and no issues....apart from the brakes! Stopping power was fine for about 8 laps then the pedal started drooping a lot. Left it to sit for ten mins and it was even worse but two very gentle laps brought the brakes back and it was fine after that.

An absolutely brilliant experience and a reminder of what great little cars these are.

Anyway, here's a wee video:

Glad you enjoyed it smile

Knockhill is a great track, probably my favourite so far, I'm up there on Sunday for a hot hatch day.

The chicane is absolutely amazing. Loved it!
