2004 MX5 rust advice (pic)

Hi all,

Went to look at a 2004 Euphonic tonight, mint inside and out, not much rust on the sills and they seemed sold, what do you think of the pics attached, anything to worry about or does it look ok to you? I'm just paranoid but I don't wanna buy it and find out I shouldn't have, apart from that the arches themselves were in excellent condition and I'm seriously thinking about buying it.

Pics are not the best but it isn't looking that bad. I think that's all surface rust. Could use cleaning and waxoil.

Whereabouts are you/the car? Could get so now one who knows them to check it, I would offer it happened to be nearby?
