Handbrake Light stuck on (Mk3)

Hello all

MX-5 has just had ARB drop links and front calliper + pads replaced, I can't see how this would cause the problem but that's the only variable.

The handbrake light now won't go off. It goes off below 10mph and turns off briefly after some light braking. No sign of it having any physical effect on the car.

Any ideas?

Is it warning you the brake fluid is low? Possible after brake brakes done and a bit of bedding in.

The hand brake warning light is also a low fluid warning lamp, so I would check that you brake fluid is topped up

Well? Have you checked the fluid level?
