Which part of emissions? Do you have the readings? Lambda, CO, O2, HC. Which ones failed and how far away from ranges to pass? New oil and filter can bring down HC, fixing a small air leak changes O2.
Italian tune up. Take it out, rag the nuts off it when it’s warmed up, 5k+ RPM or higher if you can, full throttle application. If it’s not been used hard it’ll be all clogged up inside and need clearing out.
