What do you want to know?
Parts wise from memory you need the following, there are lots of guides online if you do a search.
Cambelt kit including tensioner spring
Cam cover gasket
Cam seals
Water pump and gaskets
Coolant
Sealant for cam cover corners
Maybe Aux belts if old
Some do the cam angle sensor seal

Dead easy to work on with a Halfords toolkit and the Haynes manual and (if you can find it at reasonable money) the workshop manual.
Take your time, bag things up and number them as you take them off, refitting is the reverse of removal.
A cam pulley locking tool is a good purchase to stop things moving.

I'd think about doing the crankshaft front seal while you're in there. They're prone to leaking and you have to remove all the same stuff to get at it, so no better time. Just be very careful not to score the shaft seal area when removing the old one. Make note of the position of the old one before you remove so that you can sit the new one slightly offset so it's not running in the same 'tracks' as it were.
There are tricks to avoid needing proper locking tools but at about £30-40 for crank and camshaft locking tools, I'd just but the proper kit I think. If you're removing the crank sensor, it would be worth checking timing with a strobe after. Again, you can buy it cheaply and it's useful to check ignition timing is correct anyway. If you're anything like me, you'll also find a load of stuff that you just want to replace anyway while you're in there because it looks a little crusty.
