Where to get key cut for '83 Dodge Ram?

I think the title says it all... We have an '83 Dodge Ram. I lost one of the keys. Every high street key place I go to just draw breath and slowly shake their collective heads.

Any idea? Thanks!

You can usually buy blanks cheap on American Ebay then get them gut over here
