Hi All,

Thinking of selling a new Rolex through Chrono24, never used it before so thought i'd ask on here first, especially if anyone else has used it.

Anything to watch out for?
Any hidden costs?
I've just seen they offer a Escrow Service, what are the exact mechanics of this, is it actually safe?

Cheers guys.

You'll find that unless you price mega cheap then you'll struggle to sell in that environment. There are hundreds of 'Trusted Sellers' that do some great deals so it may take you a while to get a decent offer. I've only just bought a Rolex through Chrono and the Escrow service works well. Safe for seller and buyer.

What model are you selling?

It would appear that an advert in the PH Classifieds would move it quickly. wink

But that would cost money posting a how do I sell a watch thread is cheaper.

No, genuine query as I have a couple of watches I'll be looking to move on in the new year and rather than sell them to a dealer for a low trade in price I want to sell them direct to the buyer and like to find a good platform to sell them on from the offset so I don't waste unnecessary time/ Money.

Chrono24 seems like a good source to move my SeaDweller on, and potentially my other pieces, but I don't know anyone who's used it so came to PH to see if anyone else has prior experience.

Be interest to know the numbers though, I fancy moving my 116520 and replacing it with something I'd actually wear but then my 114060 would probably become redundant too.... scratchchin
