lost Omega

I lost my Gold Omega Deville on Brown Alligator strap in St Tropez in Sep 17.
I have been hunting for it since then. It was a gift on my 18 Birthday by my late grandparents. It has got my name and date of birth engraved at the back. Z S (I am only giving initials here ) 18-12-84.
I have registered it with Omega service center as well. Any other suggestions from forum ?
it has got a great sentimental value , Please help me recovering it . Thanks
