Good Evening

I've lurked in this area of the forum for quite some time, but now I have managed to purchase a Oyster Perpetual 36 White Grape.

I know this is an entry level Rolex, but I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

As the watch was purchased online (Chronext), I need to get the strap adjusted. I have a Timpsons down the road from my work, would you guys trust them to do the adjustment? or would a reputable independent be able to do this?

Also the watch is a little tight on the factory middle setting (it does fit but very snug), will moving it to the largest setting make much difference? If not are extra links available? and if so where is best to get genuine ones? and what sort of price can I expect to pay?

I've checked online specs, and all links are present. Apologies for the wonky picture.

Take it to a decent jeweller (independent or high street chain). Explain you've received it as a gift and it needs sizing. They may do it for free. Independents are often happy to help. Goldsmiths/M&W etc may charge.

Where are you located?

Thank you, paying for adjustment doesn't bother me - but I would rather take it to someone who appreciates the watch.

I am in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Straps are made of leather, rubber, canvas etc.

Extra links for your BRACELET should be no more than £45 or so.
