Hesalite scratch removal

I've got a Moonwatch with Hesalite Crystal and it's got a couple of scuffs on it which can't really be seen but I know they're there. Is Hesalite easy to polish without much chance of wrecking it or should I wait for a few years until I get it serviced?

A quick run over with brasso will sort them in no time.
