Hi,

So my mother's doesn't care about watches at all, but has been wearing a shiny chinese £5 special and it's doing my head in. She could easily afford a decent watch but she'd probably never spend the money on it.

Nevertheless, I've been looking at half a decent watch for her and I came up short on the Seiko and Citizen, but their catalogs are so vast I might have missed a few tricks.

So far the only things that suit her style that I've found within budget are a number of "fashion" watches from the likes of Fossil, MK and Guess.

For example, this looks a lot like the shiny thing she has, just a little bit less rose, and well within my set budget;

Anything in this style with the next requirements.

Requirements:

- Apparently it must be shiny
- She's a tiny woman, so nothing over 40mm
- Budget of about £200
- Nothnig too complex on the dial

Citizen Eco-Drive Silhouette or Corsa.

No batteries to change, never needs oiling. Won't stop if she doesn't wear it for a week.

Street price about £120:
