Bamford - sold out?

Does anyone know if the Bamford brand has been sold or if there has been some other substantial change? It seems they have moved away from controversial high end customisation into badge branding various low end clocks and watches.
I know it was owned by the son of Sir Anthony of JCB so presumed it was run as a hobby/passion.

They have launched a cheapo quartz, but still do the customised mainly Zenith, Tag etc.

Not seen the clock... Till now! Lol some of the accessories are odd, £300 Allen keys? No ta lol.George Bamford is still very much involved.
