I Don't Think I Can Tell The time

Every couple of days, I wear a different watch. Over breakfast, I open up https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/uk/london to set it. Obviously, if I'm not in the UK, I use a different time zone.

I give the watch a quick couple of winds, and as the second hand comes round to 12, I pull the crown out to hack it. I then set the hands to the next upcoming minute, and as the website hits zero seconds, I press in the crown and screw it down. So I'm now set, to the second.

60-70% of the time, sometime during the afternoon, I notice that I have set the bloody thing exactly 5 minutes out.

Is it just me?
