Saw this the other day on a TV show I watch - anyone know what it is?

Could be anything, but that movement is used in fake Lange und Söhne watches:

It's used in many fakes and many small brand watches. I think it's a Seagull movement.

Note that the watch above is not Quartz, is not a chronograph and is not a toubillon.

I suggest you go to ebay and search in watches for "tourbillon". It's not a tourby, but that's what they are advertised as on ebay. Put the list in price order and you should start finding watches with that movement.

It may well be Vacheron's logo. I promise you that the watch pictured isn't one of theirs.
