Buying from a private seller on chrono24
Discussion
Is there anything to watch out for?
We're looking at a www watch that my wife quite likes, I am a little worried as it's from a private seller in another country.
The seller has provided extra pictures of the watch, but does chrono24 provide any cover for a private sale, or are we relying on the sellers goodwill?
Thanks

OK how to do due diligence?
We have plenty if pics and the watch looks good, is it a case of finding someone to email the pics to, or take it somewhere when we get the waych to check it is what it says it is?
Thanks
As you would with any other purchase some would say: pay by credit card; ask for photos of it showing a specific time; have they got history of selling previously; ask if it’s a genuine watch; and go with your gut. Buying through Chrono24 takes quite a bit of this away. h4rvs87 said:

Buying through Chrono24 takes quite a bit of this away. I've bought a watch from Germany on there and it was a very easy process.
