Which Nautilus is this?

2. What makes it different and less sought after than a 5711?
As above - hype. There's no reason why a Sky Dweller or a Nautilus is less valuable with a white dial - but they are. This leads to the supply/demand curves meeting and the price goes up.

Ah, so it is a 5711, just with a white dial.
I misunderstood and thought it was another reference number.
Not sure these are available easily though (though Patek, I mean) - aren't these the watches with the ridiculous waiting list?
Yes, the regular Nautilus.I misunderstood and thought it was another reference number.

The waiting list for a Nautilus was closed when it hit 10 years.... so you can buy them pre-owned at £40k for a blue face or maybe £35k for the white. The prices over the past 2 years have gone absolutely mad. If you have some sort of special relationship with an authorised dealer, you might get lucky and find one within 5 years, but it's highly unlikely. For a regular buyer you can't even join a list.
