Setting the month on a Speedmaster triple date?

Not worn it for a couple of days, so I had to re set it this morning and somehow I've managed to change the month to March.........

While we are on the subject of my latest purchase - as mentioned on the incoming thread, I'd like to have the red paint removed from the seconds hand. Is this a simple job? I don't really want to have the watch serviced just because the hands have been removed, unless it's vital of course.

I think you have to go through each month by fast forwarding the date hand.
