What are you trying to find out? The margin for Rolex, the dealer, any expected discount?

Quite large ones if you take into account walking in and buying one at list as long as you get a steel version within a matter of weeks.

15% on a cash purchase should be achievable however, if you have the liquidity, I'd push for your chosen precious metal Daytona and a Stainless Steel watch at list immediately that you can punt on for profit.

Last month I purchased a new DD40 in Everose with the Olive dial. I went to my AD with the intent of trying to bundle that with a BLRO as want one ot finish my collection of steel sports, too much money no discount!! So went for a new from a grey paid £23500.00 all in with my sons name on the card as it will be his when I am gone.

There is no way you would get a 15% discount on a gold daytona from a AD in this country, you might get 8% at a push.
