I found this whilst clearing my old man’s house. What is it?

I’ve been clearing my old man’s house out recently, and I found this, in an ornate box. I’m no expert, but it weighs a ton, and looks expensive. Has anyone got any idea what it is?

Sorry about that, my phone’s a bit st. I’ll go back over the weekend and take better photos. It’s a Patek Philippe, as far as I can tell, I know they make pricey watches, but I’ve not seen this one as far as I remember.

That has to be a repro. I’ve been flooded with emails from all corners of the globe. It’s a “graves supercomplication” apparently. I know nothing about ‘timepieces’ but this is mental. There’s no way this is the real deal.
