Tag Heuer Aquaracer servicing

Have a 10 year old Aquaracer that had started keeping poor time a year or so ago so didn’t use it often. Went to wind it up the other day and it won’t work at all.
Assume it needs a full service, is it a send back to Tag job or would an independent jeweller be able to do this. I’m in Bournemouth.
