Looking to source the above watch. Ideally a clean model with full box/papers from the years 2007 - 2010.
There are plenty around but the prices are all over the place, especially with artificial prices from dealers who offer differing discounts.
What’s a good price for one of these at the moment or what you would be willing to pay?

In this market, definitely buyers hold the cards.
I would look past all the overhyped prices & think what would you realise if you had one & were forced to sell?
Not noticed any sales posts on TZ recently with the screenshots of valuations backed up by quotes from watchfinder etc that were becoming the norm. ( bet they would cry)
If you intend to wear it as a daily, don’t go paying for mint/nos examples, look for genuine example with B&P/card.
I would go down the WTB route myself & see what comes your way

I snapped up a 16613 for £3300 before Christmas, and a 16610 for £3800 not long after, from the same person who was looking to liquidate some assets in a hurry, well before Covid hit town. However, even now, I'd expect a 16610 to likely around £5500-6000 even now. Bear in mind, it'll likely not be on it's first owner - these were £2850 new back in 2007 - so there may be some flexibility on price depending on when they bought it.
Looking at this one - do you think its a good deal?

I'd likely get it serviced as its never had one.
Or would it be better to hold off for a while?

I'm sorry, you bought two Submariners for the price of one? Are you a hundred percent they are genuine? You can still flip a sub for far more than that!Ive never heard of those kind of prices for years!

Walked into a shop and bought mine in 09/10 from the window display. Even did the same on a ceramic GMT2 a few years later. Very sad that you can't do that now.
Bought my sub non date 20 years ago .Sub non date.
Sub date.
Sea Dweller.
Tried them all on in the showroom , ended up with my original plan of buying the non date.
With hindsight I’d have bought all three.
