Omega Warranty

Hi all,
Appear to have an issue with my Omega Seamaster that I bought in 2018 new, I think its a 212.30.41.20.03.001.
Is there a 2 year warranty on them? basically I can wear it for days, then take it off and it will stop after about 10-15 hours.
I'm going to test it today by making note of when I put it down and when it stops tomorrow.
With my Tudor/Rolex I have emailed the service centre directly, is there an email address for Omega UK?
