Buying a new Seamaster, are discounts available?

As I sit at home looking at watches for the past few months having considered Tudor for quite a while I am now pretty much set on the Omega Seamaster with white face and black bezel.

The point of this post though is to seek advice on is it likely when lockdown finishes I will be able to walk into an AD such as Watches of Switzerland for example and get a discount on a Seamaster?

It isnt a deal breaker but if discounts aren't routinely offered I'm now thinking I won't bother waiting for shops to open and I'll just order online with next day delivery and pay RRP.

10% should be easy. Anything over 20% is a good discount. I've had discount out of Goldsmiths but no exp with WoS. Up to the manager at the end of the day what they are willing to give.

It's a struggle to get a big discount off these to be honest as it is a popular watch.

You're not getting it back though, you are just paying closer to what it should actually sell for in the first place.

I didn't realise they are knocking on £4500 nowadays!!!

I got mine in Nov 2018, first one the AD got into store. Got 15% off my SS Black dial. I think retail was around £3500 then.
