Hey guys

Having owned my Oakley Minute Machine for some 5 or 6 years the battery has finally stopped working. Oakley no longer manufacture watches so was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for battery replacement places?

Case back is only secured with four screws.

I wouldn’t hesitate to diy it. Just make sure you have a clean work surface and that you reseat the seal correctly.

Undo and retighten diagonally and gradually and t will be fine.

If you don’t fancy it any high street watch retailer will do.

I have the same watch (bought it when it first came out so mine is called the Time Tank ) and changing the battery is super simple. As suggested, clean workspace, 4 very small screws and take your time. Tweezers and static free gloves are a good plan as it's never good touching a watch battery with your skin.

Excellent advice thank you so much.

Before I take it apart do you know which battery it is I need to order?

I bought it in New York around 5 years ago and got it 50% off in a Black Friday sale!
