Why did I buy it?
It's a pretty shade of light blue.

Why don't I like it?
It's mecha-quartz.
It has an utterly useless tachymeter (show me a watch that doesn't)
It's called "swimming pool".
It's not even water resistant.

What will I do with it?
Moan.

I once owned a TAG Heuer Link Calibre S ...

Why did I buy it?
I couldn't decide between a Link Calibre S or a Planet Ocean, so I bought both! Comfortable bracelet, cool mechanical-quartz movement ...

Why didn't I like it?
The ticking second hand of a quartz ...
Cycling between 'time' and 'chronograph' modes could occasionally result in the movement 'freezing'!
The central chronograph hand wobbled back and forth by 0.5 second in each direction. Sent it back to TAG for repair. Repair centre suggested that this was normal behaviour associated with the Calibre S movement!

What will I do with it?
Sold it at a massive loss.

I have a quartz rotary dress watch, that's probably my least favourite. I am not sure why I got it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, but I just don't wear dress watches.

It sits in a box not doing any harm.

Actually ... having given it some thought ... This is my least favourite watch,

Every Saturday I venture off to parkrun for my weekly humiliation and every Saturday it somehow gains 3~5 minutes during my 5k run
You'd think something designed to time your run would be accurate ranting

I won't post it up here for fear of ridicule but once impulse-purchased a monstrosity made by Guess at duty free in the US. I still have it but it's never been worn in 13 yrs..and will remain that way!
