Inspired by the titanium watch thread, when do you prefer to wear a very light watch?

I have one light weight watch, but it isn't really built for outdoor activities. So when do you prefer to wear a light watch? And which one?

I have a Tissot T660 (two actually). My first mildly proper watch, although it's a quartz. The T is for titanium, the 660 for feet of static water pressure.
I bought one in the late 90's and wore it everyday for about 12 years. My everyday wear was destoying cheap Casio & Sekios in a couple of months. I did a lot of white water kayaking, hill walking, caving and paragliding back then. The T660 just soaked up all the abuse and still looked dressy.

As I say I now have two. One is mint and almost never worn. The other gets used for gardening, DIY and working on the car.

It's a light watch, but it's as tough as old boots.

Apple Watch for exercise. Noticeable difference in weight to anything else I wear.

I regularly wear a titanium Citizen Promaster dive watch, super robust and since it was half price in sale a couple of Christmas's back not too precious, the bracelet isn't the most comfortable but on a nato or canvas strap is well worth a consideration.

Worn out on the motorbike, boat, gardening, diving, travelling or when going into town if I don't want to wear anything too flash...

Light days , well nothing else will do got to be the lightest mechanical watch ever made..

movement 3.5 grams
Case 9 grams
strap 6 grams

Total of 19 grams

and indeed as it will withstand lots of G'forces according to Mr Nadal, it does not need to be babied...

End thread!

I nearly bought one of those (well a RM) and they are superb things but prices have gone crazy.

I bought a “Bumblebee” Royal Oak Offshore which had also increased in value but not to the same extent. That was pretty light as forged carbon.
