Any experience of Watches World?

I am currently looking to exchange one of my watches for another (Rolex DJ to IWC Big Pilot) with hopefully a bit of cash my way too.

Watches World seem to be able to facilitate this as they offer an exchange service but I wanted to ask around first to see if anybody had any experience of using them (either for an exchange, sale or buying) and how that went / would they recommend?

Alternatively, if anyone has any other services they've used that we're also good for this I'd be interested to hear.

I would find a UK based dealer on Chrono24 who has what you want and approach them about a trade.

I've bought from them in the past (Dec 2020), seamless experience to be honest.

Quick to reply on WhatsApp messages, they had the watch I wanted at a significant (30%) discount to retail and it arrived fine as was promised.

I've exchanged messages a couple of times since and they've not been able to get what I want, but would happily buy from them again.

I bought my Breitling from them. Was very nervous paying that amount to an unknown, but the service was great, watch perfect and they kept in good contact with me all through the process.

I would use them again.
