Replacement mesh strap

My wife has got an Accurist 8131 which she's very fond of, but the mesh strap has got damaged - there's a bit of wire poking out that scratches her when she wears it. I've tried filing it down but without much success.

It looks like the strap is attached by screws rather than the more usual spring bars, any recommendations on where I could get a replacement strap for this please? I've messaged Accurist through their website but haven't had a response yet. Thanks in advance!

Accurist got back to me, they can supply a replacement strap for a very reasonable price.
