I was in City of London today and noticed this morning a bunch of people sitting on camping chairs by the Royal Exchange. They were sitting outside all day clearly waiting for something.
This evening I was leaving and even more people waiting. The demographic was mainly guys, wearing fancy trainers, stone Island / Canada goose jackets.
I stopped to ask what they're waiting for and was told there's a Paul McCartney watch being released today, for one day only. They were hoping to buy and flip the watch. The same types who were buying up the swatch omega no doubt.
I've had a look online and haven't been able to find anything about it. Anyone know any more about this?
