Affordable GMT?

Disclaimer: I feel sure I've done this before...

You know the drill; "Affordable" = sub £1,000, ideally.

I'm after a GMT or Worldtimer. It doesn't need to be a 'true' GMT movement.

I don't want a dive bezel.
I don't want quartz.
I'd prefer a light-coloured dial, or maybe a day/night sort of thing.

Any suggestions?

I mean, now the Seiko and 9075 are out there are *a lot* of options. I would look for something with the 9075 personally as it is a flyer GMT.

I've been looking at the Marloes, and I'm on their mailing list, but those have a 'dive' bezel.

The Bulova is nice. Again, I've not seen it before. I like the blue dial but I have four blue-dialled watches and the white dial has a gold case.

This is my ideal but they're hard to find, and Hamilton have discontinued them:

I can see why you like that its really nice. Apologies on the Marloe I missed it had a Dive Bezel, I really like the gold case / white Dial Bulova appreciate its not to every bodies taste though !

Sorry when you said you didn’t want a “dive bezel” I assumed you meant something like this which I can understand. Dive scales on GMT watches just look jarring to me…
