Yes it does. But the crown looks like it will dig into the back of one's hand.

I have the Blue Moon version in the same case, and yes, the crown does dig in the back of my hand.

IWC do 38mm Pilot watches, but not with the sundials. They don't have the horrid b.big crown either.
