Help finding ladies Rolex

Morning all, apologies in advance, I'm not a watch expert so I thought I'd ask the experts on here. I'm trying to help a friend find a Rolex for his wife’s birthday in January. I'm well aware you can't just walk into Rolex and buy one, so clearly second hand/grey is the option.

She wants a 31mm datejust, black face, diamond baguettes on a steel jubilee bracelet. Year is irrelevant as long as it's in mint condition and is with box and papers, but his max budget is £8k. Is it possibe to get one for that? Can anyone point him as where best to find one? He said he's been looking but most don't seem to have the diamond baguette markers.

Try giving Dom a call from Hackett watches. If he can't help he may be able to give you a pointer. He used to be a regular poster here and his enthusiasm is infectious.Be aware though that the man should come with a wealth warnming!

A search on Chrono24 comes up with 152 black lady Date-Justs that are 31mm.

It may be worth asking an AD or two, ladies models are quite often in stock or can be in short order, not the same demand for them
