It's spelt Stuhrling.
They're different brands. Here's one of the watches from the brand in question:I've seen/handled one. I think it's a fairly nice watch though pretty derivative and maybe overpriced by £100-£200. There are comparable watches from other brands for less and at the nearly £500 this costs you could be looking at something like an entry Hamilton, decent Seiko or a genuinely nice Microbrand model. Even some Christopher Ward three handers can be had for this, and to be honest they're at a far higher level.
That being said watches shouldn't be broken down to mere specs. The field look has appeal and I believe they support some forces charities so if you like it I'd say go for it.
ETA: The bracelet is an extra £100 so £525 all in, unless you're happy with a strap.

Thank you all! Good to know they're decent.
In that case you'll likely get a good deal, and it'll be very personal to you. Definitely worth a buy i reckon. Tom1312 said:
We did an Upham unit watch with them.
Reason for asking is my old unit's doing a watch with them...They also did one for my unit but it was black on black with black lume, and to me it just seemed barely legible. My unit also did one with Bremont, but think that was about £4k. Yikes.
Hope it works out, post up if you go ahead with the buy!
