There are a few others reduced as well. I'm actually saving for this watch in this colorway, but as a metal strap, which is annoying. Im going to pop into Lakeside on Sunday so may enquire if the metal strap could be had as well.

Do you already have a Breitling? I always wanted to get a Nav on leather, but I was really disappointed. The leather was very stiff and the wrong size for me. I actually wished I had bought on the metal bracelet, but buying separately afterwards was crazy money. Just saying, if you haven't already, make sure you try on first! I didn't as was an online purchase.

The dial is a nice colour, but, from the website "boasts a robust 46mm case width, guaranteeing a powerful presence on the wrist". I should say so, that's huge and not even the L2L measurement!! Try before you buy and probably only for someone with massive wrists

I have a Super Ocean Heritage 46mm and an Endurance Pro 44mm, but I've lost a lot of weight, so the 46mm sits a little on the larger size now. A 43mm version on a metal strap would probably be the best option for me, which unfortunately isn't on offer. My father has the 46mm, which is on its way to me eventually, but I'm impatient smile.

Personally, I'd just ask for the same discount as you are seeing on others, on the watch you want.

I tried this recently, and got a brand new watch that wasn't advertised as being on sale at a 22% discount because they were advertising other models from the same brand at 25% off.

So the chrono version and a different dial colour were 25% off, the one I wanted was being advertised at the standard list/retail price. I had to try 3 different AD's, but the net outcome was getting the one I wanted at a great price.

Personally, I'd have a very hard time paying full price for something from a brand that is known to be discounting other models by 10/15/20/25%.

Bicester Village is worth a visit.

The Breitling store there sells past models at decent discounts.

Changing a watch strap or bracelet is extremely easy and there are plenty of brands that sell good options for sensible money.

Just buy a different leather strap, transfer the buckle or deployant clasp, job done.

I've done that on all my leather strap watches. The added bonus it keeps the OEM strap unworn, which adds value should you come to sell on later.
