OK, very quick poll.

You have the choice between these two. Both very similar RRP.
Colt II GMT

or

SMP Co-Axial Bond

Whatcha gonna do and why?

Chose voted Omega - easier on the eye.

I voted for the Omega - It benefits from the Co-Axial movement, although both are COSC certified. The Omega wins on styling for me smile

Omega for me.

I don't really 'get' Breitlings these days.

I voted Omega but in reality for this sort of thing I'd go for a Damasko....

There is no alternative to these two... I own the Omega and had someone send me these pics of the Breitling if I fancied it.

Not sure I do, even though I get bored easily and having bought a Breitling and returned it recently have been looking for a slightly cheaper one.

Voted B, but it's really a tough choice.

I've got a SQ Colt, and it's a lovely watch. Feels suitably chunky, doesn't look like I've got a kitchen clock strapped on my (scrawny) wrist and the watch regularly draws compliments.

Omega for me too.

I just don't like 'messy' watches.

Breitling for me

Don't know why, I think it looks more classy. I'd want a bracelet for it too though

Omega all the way, at least the date wheel is the right colour ... wink

(Though really I'd prefer something else entirely ... sorry ...)

The thing is, I've been walking round for a few months with the Omega and another itch pops up, its always been the same. So a straight swap the Breitling and something else in a few months time, keep the cog oiled.

I have a few nice watches and I certainly dont want to be adding to the collection at this point, so a swap seems a decent way to go about it.

Got a Breitling, and have always regretted getting rid of my Seamaster GMT for a pittance, so would have to have another Seamaster.

Of those two the Omega.
There are Breitlings that I like, but that isn't one of them.

The Superocean Heritage 38 is the only Breitling I like, but, hey if we all liked the same thing the world would be a boring place smile

Think I'll keep the Omega and get saving for the blue submariner I saw someone wearing yesterday.
