Morning,

Just looking at options and new ideas for new watch up to 5k.

Its use would be everyday including casual evening wear.

Quite fancy a I.W.C

cheers

Are you a diver who spends his working day at least 200m under the sea or a spaceman? If not maybe we can pass on some of the usual suspects.

Diver, chrono or more of dress style?
Strap or bracelet?
Vintage or modern?
Pre-owned OK or does it have to be new?

Ingenieur, then. Or maybe the vintage version they launched last year if you want to be slightly different.

Following on from this, I'd have the JLC Master Compressor Chronograph! Sporty, elegant and a proper 'any occasion' watch biggrin

Hi,

Basically after I`d posted this thread I looked at the "black watch" thread and cast my eyes on this stunner. Hublot Big Bang 44mm ceramic black magic 301.CX.130.RX

http://www.watchesonnet.com/images/product/large/6...

Just need to ring around and see who can source one at the best price!

Errr, and its probs going to be a little more than the 5k I quoted and not exaclty what I asked for! lol

cheers

For me at that price I would be looking for a used :
A Lange & Sohne 1815
Rolex Daytona Chronomat

If I wanted new I would be looking at something like :
Cartier Roadster
Breitling Chronomat

There was one that went on TZ-UK for £4200 last year.

There are 2 for sale in the US for a little over %k, well 6k.
