Anyone know anything about this JLC

I've seen this watch which i really like has anyone ever seen this before. Does it look fairly priced a dealer is asking 2k euros? Also when did they add Jaeger to the name.

They became JLC in 1937. LeCoultre sugests it was an American market watch - they were branded LeCoultre for a while in the US.
