Recommend me a ladies watch

Looking for a watch for my wife for her 40th. Her preference is for a round face possibly with a leather strap but that's less important. Budget is say anywhere between £2k and £5k though unless it's a rare/specialised watch think I can get 20% off most brands so could go over that.

Definitely round face....and preferably a leather strap but that's it.
