Im on the lookout for a good but reasonably priced watch box to hold 6 watches-any recommendations?Im not bothered what its made of-it will live in my safe so will not be on display.Ive seen some lovely expensive ones but for what I want it for I dont feel it warrants spending hundreds.

These guys make superb boxes. Not the cheapest, but a 6 bin will be well under £100.00

I've got this:

It's very nice for the money.

The cushions don't fit in the slots quite as snug as I would like, but that's my only complaint, and you say it's going in the safe anyway.

^^ Was looking at that one myself, I need a 10 space box ideally with a drawer. Apart from the cushions being loose in their compartments, do they compress when a watch is strapped around them ie are they actually cushion/pillow like? A friend of mine bought a box recently and the cushions are completely rigid which is pretty rubbish when you're trying to put a metal bracelet around them!

Nope, they're fairly 'squidgy', for want of a better word.

It's not the last word in craftsmanship but it's a nice looking case and is very good value for money.

The box arrived today and I must say I'm very pleased with it considering it's cost-it seems good quality and well built. The sections for the watches are large enough to take the bigger panerais and my Bentley 6.75.It was delivered in good time and I was given the tracking number by the seller.Recommended!

Box arrived today, would have been rude to not put something in it smile

Got a couple of spaces left and two or three of these watches will be replaced anyway, time to have a good think about why and what goes into the box next...

For the money I'd say it's OK, maybe a 7 out of 10. As per a previous post, the cushions could do with being a bit wider so as to be more snug against the sides of the compartments and they could do with being a bit fatter as those with bracelets are loose even when the clasps are closed, had the cushions been better I'd have bumped it up a point.
The problem with buying watch boxes is that there are very few that you can have a nose at before you buy, most I found were sold only through the 'net.
