Been looking at watch's liked the look of a Hydroconquest but noticed this Tag up for £660 on this forum
http://tz-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=148...
Was going to offer £625 collected when I sign up (having issues at the moment) would that be a decent price for the watch have no idea what they retail at as not clued up with watch's at all
What are people's opinion's I dont know myself whether I prefer the tag or the hydroconquest
Thanks
Greg

If you see something you want ask a member from PH who is also a member on TZ to act as go between, then you wont miss out. It has been done often, before.Something else has caught my eye on there as well however

I really like the look of the gucci watch on here I know it is not a "proper" brand but seems to have a proper movement and not be quartz and really like the look of it. Think will be a decent starter whilst I save up for something nice instead of spending more money than I really should

Was going to offer £450 for it so if anyone could do that would be greatly appreciated

I really don't know I only intended on keeping the watch for a year or so and then upgrading for something for around 1k - £1250 mark and think this may be a decent start coming from argos £19.99 job's.
Are gucci really that bad then?

It seems to me you don't know what you really want, and you're just aimlessly looking at things that catch your eye in sales corner.
I'm not saying this is a terrible thing, but I did the same and ended up with a £150 watch that I never wear.
£150 isn't the end of the world but it's a fair old amount of money to spend on something you don't use.
I'd say find a design you like, do some research, and decide what you really want. The hunt for one will make you want it even more.
