There's been problems in the past with eBay and the watch in the picture not being the watch you receive.

Move on and find a trusted seller.

I was really pleased with the 1970s Seiko I got from Jose here:

Bit of a leap into the unknown, but everything was fine and I got plenty of emails telling me the watch was on it's way, happy christmas, and so on!

I've bought from Jose too.

Mostly good, honest stuff. If the watch has an after-market dial or handset etc. it's clearly stated in my experience.
