Best place for watch history?

Morning People. Can someone help? I've got a Raymond Weil, bought for my 18th back in 1987, gold, slim, and the only numbers I can see on the back are 5755.

I've punched this into a search and nothing comes back.

Does anyone have an idea on how I can go find some info on it (thinking about having it restored).
