Couple of Questions - Tag Related

Firstly, I bought the Mrs a second hand Tag F1 for here birthday 18 or so months ago. It has a white leather strap, which is now starting to look a bit ropey and grubby. I've noticed the new F1s have a half stainless half white (plastic?) strap which I think would be more hard-wearing (and also please her more than a completely stainless strap). Does anyone know of anywhere that you can buy genuine Tag straps, or failing that somewhere that makes a decent quality strap.

Secondly, I've got a Tag Carrera Chronograph Automatic, like this but with a silver face http://www.watchfinder.co.uk/Tag-Heuer/Carrera-Wat.... I've had it for about 6-7 years and in that time I've had it serviced twice. Recently it stopped again (typically, just over a year after I last had it serviced), so this will be the third time... Is this typical of Tag/any different from Omega Rolex etc? I (was) wear(ing) the watch every day except when running but I only sit on my arse all day looking at a computer screen.

Yeah I think they are, still more hard-wearing than leather I would have thought.

Deffo. I've a black ceramic Chanel J12. Gets worn regularly, over 3 years old and not a mark on it.
