Can anyone explain to me the difference between the Presage 'Prestige' line and the 'Basic' line, apart from price?

I think they use different movements, although not sure what that amounts too.

Not just the complicatons, even a 3 hander, seiko has differing movements:

4r35 - 6r35 - 8L35 - ...... etc
