I'm sure many of us know the blantant and almost cringe-worthy plug in Casino Royale when Vespa and James Bond mention Rolex and Omega ... I wondered what other films have included characters wearing nice watches or any shameless plugs?

I was watching the newly released film '88 Minutes' last night and noticed Al Pacino was wearing a rather familar square watch - I didn't pick up on it instantly, not until one of the cops was wearing a watch with a 'Link' bracelet. Interesting! Then later in the film there was an obvious close-up of Al's watch ... A TAG Heuer Monaco smile

Any others come to mind?

Statham has a Panerai in one of the Transporter films (2 maybe?) when he's stopping the alarm on it.
He also wears a McQueen Monaco in the bank job.

Obviously there's McQueen in Le Mans too.

Let's not forget Stallone in Daylight bringing Panerai to the masses.

The IWC Aquatimer chrono pretty much has an entire film dedicated to it - Lucky Number Slevin (haven't seen the film, do like the watch) smile

Product placement is an attractive advertising medium as you only pay if your product makes the final cut.
