Hi,
Looking for a trusted online reseller who deals in preowned / used and trade ins.

Obviously a lot of fakes and frauds out there to catch out the unwary.

Any personal recommendations?

Thanks

I used Milton’s in Chester when buying my Rolex Daytona. They’re highly regarded for not being fooled by the fakes and the mullered. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Dominic Hackett - worked with him for many years. Understands the market, good eye for interesting watches and informed on what real market values are.

Xupe’s are very good and only take in the best stock. My watch was “preowned” but was clearly unworn, it still had the stickers on the clasp.

Thanks all.
Not sure what I’m looking for yet, but fancy treating myself to a nice watch.
Seems sensible to dip toe into water with a decent preowned first.

I'm having in PH classifieds my Girrard Peregaux (Ferrari series but fairly sober) complete with box and papers. Serviced and with 1yr+ warranty. I bought it new. PM me if you would like more details.

He needs to either write his website better, or sack his designers;

  • Flight Squalified by NASA
  • This is the great oppertunity
Less spelling mistakes on the Asian Replica Sales websites!

It’s a bit of an in-thread cliche but Dom got a lovely watch for my mum’s 70th. I have spent a lot of money over the years with various people and Dom stands out as having been very easy and keenly priced.

Just looked at their site - the pricing of some their Panerais is somewhat 'optimistic'

Another vote for Dominic Hackett.

You couldn't meet a nicer, easier gentleman to buy from.

+1 for Dom.
I was looking for a Reverso a few years ago. I found one in Holland and was very tempted, but everyone here always says "Contact Dom first." so I sent him an email asking if he could equal or better the deal I'd found.

Ten minutes later, Dom called and whilst he couldn't offer what I wanted, he still spent a good while of his time talking about the watch I'd found (and talking me into buying it). A thoroughly good guy, I could have spent quite a while chatting if I'd not been at work.

He should however come with a wealth warning, his enthusiasm is contagious!

Another +1 for Dom.

I've used trusted sellers on Chrono24 too, but mainly I buy (and sell) via TZ-UK, but this is not an option unless you are an established forum member.
