Tyre swap near WGC or Stevenage

I have just picked up a shedtastic Volvo V70 for 350 quid, but it has crap tyres and I need to swap the ones on my old Galaxy onto it.

Can anyone recommend a garage to swap the tyres over and give me an idea of price?

I think i paid £10/wheel for him to fit some tyres i'd bought elsewhere to bare alloys, with balancing but to be honest i can't remember.
